Get ready for the High Holidays with gentle yoga and mindful meditation. The month of Elul is one of deep introspection and reflection. Each week we will explore our relationships with ourselves, others and G-d as we prepare for the holidays. Bring a yoga mat, any props for support such as a bolster, blocks, blanket or pillow and a water bottle. Everyone is welcome!
