The Kehillat Chesed Committee is involved in a variety of outreach efforts to support congregants during good times and bad, including:
- Preparing shiva meals and providing other assistance to families grieving the loss of a loved one
- Visiting congregants who are ill or are in the hospital
- Assisting with transportation to doctors appointments and other health-related sessions
- Recognizing births, adoptions, marriages and other simchas
